When you submit a quote request, either through our website or a Google Ads lead form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and general location (suburb or zip code). This is information you voluntarily provide. Our website also collects limited technical and usage information automatically, which is described under Cookies and Analytics below.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to respond to your quote request, schedule an on site measurement, and communicate with you about our pool fencing services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Google Ads Lead Forms

If you submit your information through a Google Ads lead form, that information is collected by Google and shared with us. Google's privacy policy applies to that collection and can be found at policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find and use our website. These services set cookies on your device and collect information such as the pages you view, how long you spend on them, the approximate geographic area you are browsing from, your device and browser type, and the website or search that referred you.

We also record when a visitor taps our phone number or text link, and when a quote request is completed. This tells us which pages and which ads lead to genuine inquiries, so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly. This information is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

When you first arrive on our website we store a small record in your browser noting how you reached us, for example a search engine, a directory listing, or one of our adverts, along with the first page you landed on. If you later request a quote, that record is included with your enquiry so we know which of our listings and adverts actually help families find us. It contains no personal information, it is deleted automatically after 30 days, and clearing your browsing data removes it immediately.

We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising beyond measuring how our own ads perform.

You can opt out at any time. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies in their settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics collecting data, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies will not stop you requesting a quote or contacting us.

Data Retention
